In another slap to America's men and women serving in the armed forces, Barack Obama has ignored the fatal shooting attack on an Army-Navy recruiting center in Little Rock this morning that killed one serviceman and wounded another.

Yesterday, Obama issued a sharply worded statement condemning the shooting of late-term abortionist George Tiller withing hours of his murder and Obama's Justice Department has ordered U.S. Marshalls to deploy at abortion clinincs to give them protection.

Seven hours after the attack on the recruiting center, the same length of time it took Obama to issue a statement on the Tiller murder, there has been no statement from the commander-in-chief of the slain and wounded servicemen.

One of Obama's core constituencies is radical abortion supporters, not Americans in uniform. The contrast in his reactions to the two murderous attacks is chilling for those who support our fellow Americans in our armed forces.

Tiller was killed at 10 a.m. CDT Sunday, Obama issued his statement about seven hours later at 6 p.m. EDT.

The attack on the recruiting center happened around 10 a.m. CDT today. As of this writing at 6 p.m. EDT, there are no news reports of any statement by Obama on the murderous attack on our military.<<


This happened this past saturday and YOUR (whatever13, Cane, biggin, and the rest) hero has still yet to acknowledge it. Is he not the commander in chief of the military and would be his duty to send his condolences. He did make a statement that he was deeply saddened by the death of president Bongo of Gabon.


Oh yeah I also like how the official transcript of his speach to the muslims just so happen sto have ommited the remark that he made that the US is one of the largest muslim countries in the world. I guess if they didn't put it in the transcript it didn't happen.

The victims in Monday?s attack were identified as Private William Long, 23 was died at the scene, and ..."

Looks like the dude brought his squirrel rifle. Same result you get any time you mention the troops being killed, if I say deaths are bad- people tell me "The troops knew what they were getting into when they signed up."

Three things bro...

1) He's not my "hero", he's the President of the country I live in and love.

2) He's your president too.

3) If he's ignored this incident on purpose and doesn't have a good reason for it (for instance--maybe this is an issue of terrorism/national security that's still being looked into), then I'll be on the front lines with you crying foul. I definitely support any man/woman in uniform for the US Armed Forces.

I simply don't know enough about the situation to say much more. I would think that if this were an open & shut case of murder w/o any other possible variables, that Obama or his press people would have said something or issued a statement at least. Also--just because he didn't put it out there doesn't mean he hasn't possibly reached out to the deceased's family and given his condolences. That's something we don't know.

I'd rather let the story unfold and hear what else may be going on with this incident and/or what Obama has or hasn't done in relation to it.

i support peoples rights and general hope, and yes its who i voted for, but hes my president, not my hero.

this situation has yet to unfold.
and dont take this the wrong way, but the abortion murder had chances of becoming a huge and dangerous issue in this country, that could have led to many more deaths, whilst the other situation, however tragic it is, and it did involve a suspected terrorist alignment, but with the man in custody, it has less chance of making a huge mess and creating chaos.

but you are jumping to conclusion; we simply do not know what all has went on, and until it all airs out, this is extremely premature, and intentionally prejudicial.

Where did I say he wasn't my president? Try as you may to spin it you have been one of the most staunch supporters and defenders of everything he does.

Also try and spin it how you may, making a public statement of remorse to the family and friends of the victim/victims would in no way hinder any kind of investigation and to try and play it off that way is just grasping. We all know why nothing has been said and your not hearing anything about it in the media, the same week obama was kissing the collective ass of all muslims. The dude also had maps to other specific targets for the same intention of killing the infidels.

I would guess the assination of a very contreversal person would make the news a little more, after all the right has turned the cheek to the thousands of soldiers who have been killed the past 6 years. Tiller's killer is a member of one of those oh-so-important miltia's who just said there will be more attacks like these, bet we won't hear "Waterboard him!" though.

I like how they also never fail to mention that the abortion doctor was at church. I'm not real sure what kind of church supports abortion but it can't be much of one. I never said that I supported the murder of Tiller and in fact I don't support murder in any form especially one that guarantees the person a direct path to hell with no chance of redmption such as Tiller.

Long's killer is a member of one of those oh-so important terrorist groups your boy is in love with, to let you know it is a black jihadist muslim convert. And guess what according to your boy America is home to one of the largest groups of these in the world and he couldn't be more proud of it. And yes this was an act of war against a military target in this country.

It's a link to this say article, word for word. I didn't see it on his site, not saying it isn't there...but still a completely biased-bs site, pick either one. That was my point, how you accuse others of spinning and your source is the definition of it.

It was mentioned every time it was talked about, it was a Lutheran Church if I'm not mistaken.



And yes I know, it was on every news station too..CNN, FOX, MSNBC and I saw it on Yahoo when it first happened. Give me a break with that ignorant rhetoric.."Mooslim! He's a Mooslim!". Again, where was the outrage the past 6 years? Nowhere's to be found.
